BURNS, OATES BOMBED

In the recent raids Burns, Oates and Washbourne have lost all their quire stocks of the Roman Missal, Treasury of the Sacred Heart, New Testament, Douai Bibles and many other books. Unfortunately the destruction includes the large new editions of the Treasury and Roman Missal, which had only just left the press.

While all Burns Oates branches and depots have at the moment some bound stocks or the new editions and a few more will be available from the binding works, there will certainly he a shortage.
