Royal Institutions I agree with your correspondent who suggests that

all nationalised undertakings should have a title showing that the King stands for the nation as a whole, such as Royal Mail, etc., but I trust your correspondent will agree with me in including an older institution than the Royal Mail: I refer to the National Debt. — A.
