parish should sell the equivalent of 150 tickets or programmes at 6d. each. Any town parish that is functioning normally could do this monthly. Scattered and poor parishes could be aided by pooling the fund of ticket or programme sales over the 150 mark.

I would like to add one practical point. Film work needs more than the enthusiasm of the laity. Brutally put, it needs their money.
