ECUMENICAL REPAIRS A FTER three days of meetin g s between representatives of

the Catholics, Greek Orthodox, and Armenians in Jerusalem to decide on necessary repairs to the church of the Holy Sepulchre, a spokesman for the Latin Patriarchate announced last week that the work would be carried out in three stages. First would be the entrance, then the Greek Orthodox chapel inside, and finally the tomb. The total cost has been estimated at £600,000, to be shared equally between the three Patriarchates.
