The Lingard Society

The monthly meeting of the Lingard Society was held on Monday last at Walsingham House, Upper Bedford Place, W.C.1, where Mr. Edward Hutton read a paper entitled "Franciscan Poetry from the Thirteenth to the Fifteenth Century." The chair was taken by Canon John R. Fletcher.

Dr. Genevieve Rewcastle, National President, was a principal speaker, on the 5th inst., at the fourth annual meeting of the Richmond section of the Catholic Women's League.
