Bequests to Oscott

MR. C. C. LINDSAY'S WILL

His Coronation batons and decorations have been bequeathed to Oscott College by Mr. Leonard Cecil Cotin Lindsay, who was a Private Chamberlain to Pope Pius XI, treasurer of the Catholic Record and private secretary to the Earl Marshal for the Coronation 1901-2. Mr. Lindsay also left £400 to the Oscotian Society and £10 to the Johnson Fund of the Birmingham Archdiocese, which gives aid to priests.
