American relief agencies sending funds to Loyalist Spain outnumber agencies helping Nationalist Spain at least four to one, the latest report of the State Department shows.
Of the twenty-six agencies officially registered with the State Department, 16 are known to be under the direction of Red sympathisers, four are under the direction of Nationalist sympathisers, three are administering relief impartially, while the affiliations of three other agencies cannot be determined from the report.
