Pilgrims travelling by coach Iron, Streatham on Sunday, to take part in the Southwark Diocesan annual pilgrimage to Canterbury organised by the Knights of St. Columba, will go by way of Aylcsford in order to visit the shrine of St, Simon Stock. The pilgrimage. led by the Bishop of Southwark, will form at Forty Acres. where the penitential mile to the Cathedral begins. The procession will halt at Se Dunstan's in the West where a wreath will be laid on the Roper family vault in which the head of St. Thomas More is interred.
Thc Blessed Sacrament will he borne in procession by Mgr. Parket. Bishop of Northampton, from St. Thomas Burgate to the Dane John where Mgr. Cowderoy will preach.
