2 Bishops from Soviet Zone at Fulda

Two Bishops whose sees are in the Soviet zone of Germany were given exit permits by the East German authorities to attend the recent annual general meeting of the German Hierarchy at Fulda. They were Mgr. Weskamm, Bishop of Berlin, and Mgr. Wienken, Bishop of Meissen; they completed the journey to the American zone without difficulty.
