New chaplain for deaf

FR. CHARLES HOLI.YWOOD, of St. Joseph's Mission to the Deaf and Dumb, Old Trafford, Manchester, has been appointed Chaplain for the Deaf in succession to Canon W. J. Hayward, who died last month. Canon Ilayward's sister, Miss Joan Hayward, who has been housekeeper and helper at the Old Trafford centre for 25 years, will be staying on to help Fr. Hollywood.

All the Retreats, missions, and club work previously done by Canon Hayward will now be undertaken by Fr. Hollywood.
