AHAPPY group of some 20 Maltese students studying in different universities and colleges in London met together for the first time at the Chaplaincy for Overseas Students in Holland Park last Saturday.
Mgr. Coonan, National Chaplain, explained the necessity of the Chaplaincy as a help to Catholic Overseas students and encouraged the Maltese to make use of the premises as a new kind of link between them.
Fr. J. Busuttil who promoted the meeting expressed the hope that Maltese students would meet more frequently at the Chaplaincy to discuss how new ideas they gathered from London's Catholic life could be adapted to Malta's needs on their return to the island.
