Extensions to St. Hugh's

"LARGE extensions" to St. " Hugh's Junior Seminary. Nottingham, will be started very soon, said Bishop Ellis of Nottingham last week. This is because of the large numbers of applications for places at the school; although there are only 15 places available for the autumn term, 32 applications have already been received from the Nottingham diocese.

Bishop Ellis said this at the annual meeting of Nottingham Union of Catholic Mothers, whose retiring president, Mrs, R. Stott, had just presented him with a cheque for £139 for the Future Priests Fund.
