close, the youthful Editor-in-Chief of the "J.O.C." and La Jeunesse Ouvri?re, in a stirring speech called upon his comrades at arms to rally round the Jocist standard in the war for purity : "No uplift of the working class with dignity of the working class! No dignity without morality! No morality of the working class without a cleaning up of the immoral 'Milieux of work!" He then urged his hearers to muster in their thousands to the International Jocist Congress to be held in Paris next July. " We Jocists must help our French brothers to show to France and the world that there exists another type of youth than the one generally thrust upon their notice, that we are determined even at the cost of our lives to build up a new earth for Christ our King, nova facere omnia."

As in previous years the programme of the Jocist Study Week at Godinne, Belgium, which was held from April 2-6, consisted of three main parts:—
Doctrinal lessons, forming the basis of Jocist activity and realisations; lessons on method of organisation and conquest; lessons of information on topics interesting the young workers of today.
