Winning design

For his design thesis, in his final architect's examination, Mr. Denis Fleming, of Bristol, submitted a suggested design for the new school for St. Brendan's College, Bristol. Mr. Fleming not only passed his finals, but also won the first prize for the best thesis design at the Royal West of England Academy of Architecture. Mr. Fleming is an old boy of St. Brendan's and is a regular player for the Old Boys' cricket and rugger

teams.
