Mr. B. C. McDermot, First Secretary to the British Legation to the Holy See, is moving shortly to Oporto. His successor as First Secretary at the Legation will be Mr. Donald Cape, until recently at Monte Carlo.
A reception was at the Legation on Tuesday to bid farewell to Mr. and Mrs. McDermot and to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Cape.
