Hopwood Hall to take 200 more students

ANOTHER 200 students will be taken on in the autumn at the Teachers' Training College at Hopwood Hall, Middleton, Lancs. There will then be 570 in training.

The main part of the College is nearing completion and a start will be made soon on the College Chapel designed by Mr. Frederick Gibberd, the architect of the new Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. The total cost of the college, apart from the chapel, will be about £500,000,
