Servite English Proviace Chapter

THE triennial Elective Chapter of the Servite English Province was held during Easter Week at St. Philip's Priory, Begbroke, Oxford, under the presidency of the Prior General, the Most Reverend Joseph Loftus. who was accompanied by Consular General for the English Province in Rome, Fr. Neal Flanagan, O.S.M.

The following elections and appointments were made: Fr. Andrew Walls (Prior Provincial); Fr. Joseph Colella (Socius Provincial and Prior of London); Fr. Francis Mildner (Provincial Councillor, Prior and parish priest of Bognor); Fr. Martin Rose (Provincial Secretary and Prior of Begbroke); Fr. Basil Prior (Prior and parish priest of Todmorden); Fr. Anselm Richardson (Prior and parish priest of Kersal); Fr. Bernard Deegan (Prior of Dundee);

Fr. Damian Kilbride (Superior and parish priest of South Newbury); Fr. Thomas Robinson (parish priest of Kidlington); Fr. Dominic White (parish priest of St. Vincent's, Dundee): Fr. Peter Conniffc (parish priest of Fintry).

Fr. Paul Addison and Fr. Gerard Corr were elected as Provincial Councillors and Brother Joseph Hynd a member of the Provincial Finance Board.
