Franz Trossmann, formerly deputy mayor of the small coal town of liampke, E. Germany, has fled (successfully) across the border. to W. Germany with his wife and eight children, aged from 14 years to eight months. W. German police at Helmstedt report that Trossmann fled " for religious reasons."
