By a Stan Reporter Probably for the first time in England, motor-cars will be blessed at a suburban ohurch in London this year.

Sunday following the Feast of St. Frances of Rome on March 9, that is on March 13, cars will draw up outside the church of Christ the King, Cockfosters, at 11.30 a.m. for this unique blessing, given yearly at the church dedicated to the Saint in the Forum, Rome.

St. Frances became a Benedictine Oblate of Monte Oliveto, and is considered Patroness of all Benedictine Oblates. Cockfosters' Benedictine monks are of the same Congregation of Monte Oliveto.
