MR. WAUGH'S PENGUINS

SIR.-Ten of the works of Mr. Evelyn Waugh are to be published as Penguins on May 25. Those interested in such a matter will be saddened to note that Edmund Campion is not among them.

If all who desire the canonisation of Campion were to write to the publishers (Penguin Books, Ltd., Ilarmondsworth, Middlesex) urging the addition of that volume, it might have some result and we might see the name of Campion blazing on the bookstalls of England.

MICHAEL WHITE.
