FR. FELIX KIR IN MOSCOW

Mr. Khrushchev gave a warm welcome in Moscow last week to Fr. Felix Kir, who is Mayor of Dijon and the oldest member of the French Parliament.

The priest, who was on his way to Volgog Rad, which has a "twin city" arrangement with Dijon, expressed his sincere appreciation of the Soviet government's "persistent efforts in the struggle for peace".
