Verona Fathers' new church

Archbishop Cardinale, the Apostolic Delegate, laid the foundationstone of the new church and extension of the Verona Fathers' College at Sunningdale, near Ascot, last week. Clergy present included Mgr. Francis Cave, Fr. Cecil Preedy, parish priest of Englefield Green, and Fr. Francis Columbine F.S,C.J., Provincial Superior of the Verona Fathers. Two welcome visitors were Mr. Hardy, vicar of Sunningdale Anglican church, and his wife.

The Archbishop said he had seen the wonderful work done by the Verona Fathers in Africa, and he encouraged all present to help and pray for the continuation of such efforts.
