On receiving a letter of apology from Fr. Orlemanski, the Bishop lifted the penalties.

In his letter Fr. Orlemanski is reported as having saia : "It is now my fixed purpose and promise to cease and separate myself from all activities which are not in accord' with the rule and mind of the Catholic Church,"
