Arrowsmith Lawkin, C.F., 0.S.B., •acting as an assistant priest.
Immediately the new altar was consecrated. a Solemn High Mass was sung by the Rev. D. Ford, II.C.E., Palestine Base Headquarters, assisted by the Rev J. Arrowsmith Lawkin as. deacon and the Rev. A. N. C. Potter as sub-deacon. The sermon was preached by the Rev. Eugene Hoade, 0.F.M., Superior of the Church of the Agony of Gethsemane.
