Joint Week for Worcester Park Christian Front

"Religion and Life" and the "Sword of the Spirit," together with the clergy of all denominations, are organising at Worcester Park a Joint Week from Monday, May 1, to Sunday, May 7. Speakers will deal with " The Christian Conception of God," and moving through " Christ and Work, Home and the School," will conclude on the Sunday with "Christ and World Order."

There is a women's rally on Tuesday afternoon at 2.30, and a youth rally on Thursday at 6 p.m. The meetings dur ing !be week are all to be held at the Wesley Hall, Ruskin Drive, at 8 p.m., while the final meeting, which will be addressed by the Anglican Bishop of Southwark and Mr. Arnold Lunn, will be at the Granada Cinema, North Cheam, A farewell presentation was made at Fakenham Catholic Church, Norfolk, on Sunday last to Fr. Arthur T. Brewer, parish priest, who leaves this week to become parish priest of St. Joseph's Church, Luton, Bedfordshire. Two children handed Fr. Brewer a packet containing over £40 subscribed' by Catholics in Fakenham, Walsingham, Creake and elsewhere in thp widely scattered pariah.
