PUBLIC NOTICES Laity to Meet Bishop I Ellis

AT ALBERT HALL, MAY 1 NOTTINGHAM.

Following the consecration in St. Barnabas' Cathedral, Nottingham, on Monday, May 1, of Dr. Edward Ellis as Bishop of Nottingham, it has been arranged to hold a luncheon in the Mikado Cafe, Nottingham. This will be attended by the visiting clergy, Dr. Ellis's relatives and personal friends, and by representatives of the various Catholic societies.

This will be followed in the early evening by a public reception in the Albert Hall, Nottingham, to which the whole of the Catholic community in Nottingham and the surrounding area are to be invited.
