Refugee baby is born

BRITAIN'S first Hungarian

"refugee baby" was born last week to a 19-year-old Hungarian girl who lives at Wing-Commander Vincent Byrne's Catholic home at Storrington, Sussex.

On Sunday evening the new baby was pictured on T.V. with her parents. She was horn in the nearby Southlands hospital.

The baby will be baptised at Storrington's Premonstratensian church. She will be named Paula, after the Warden of the home, Miss Vaux.

If the baby is home for Christmas, we will be able to have a combined celebration," a helper at the home told THE CATHOLIC HERALD, Three more babies arc expected at Storrington, all in February.
