nIsHop Rudderham of Clifton " was the guest of honour last week at the headquarters of the 45th Bristol (Sacred Heart) Group of Scouts when eight Senior Scouts received the Queen's Scout Certificates.

The certificates were presented by the County Commissioner eleputising for the Chief Scout who was unable to be present, and it was announced that it was a national record for eight members of one group to be so honoured at the same time.

On Sunday morning the eight boys-seven of them from St. Brendan's College, Bristol-were present in the senetuary for a special Mass celebrated by Mgr. Canon Hookway, whose server was the boys' Scoutmaster, Mr. C. J. Mitchell.

The boys are having a roundBritain trip in a Britannia air-liner on Saturday.
