Fully-worked out proposals on the constitutional arrangements for integration are now ready for consideration by both the Governments of the United 'Kingdom and of Malta, stated Mr. Lennox-Boyd. Secretary of State for the Colonies. in reply to a question in the House of Commons by Mr. Teeling, M.P. for Brighton (Pavilion).

" The intention is that the detailed plan, when agreed, should be published as a White Paper," said Mr. Lennox-Boyd. He expected shortly to be asking the Governor to consult the Archbishop of Malta on the proposals in so far as they concerned the Church.
