Winifred Mary Stanford Prize

The first award of the Winifred Mary Stanford Prize will he made next Easter. The award of f 1,000 is open to any book published in the United Kingdom which has been inspired by the Christian Faith and has been written by somebody under 50.

The winning book should be readable by the general public and not require specialist theological, philosophical or linguistic expertise for its understanding. The closing dates for submissions is January 15. Further details can be obtained from Hodder and Stoughton, Mill Road, Sevenoaks, Kent.
