THE Catholic Youth Confederation Football Association is now drawing up plans for the 1962-63 season, and all parishes or Catholic clubs in London or the Home Counties are asked to contact the Hon. League matches are played mainly on public pitches on Sunday aftereoons only.
Friars' Protector Pope John has named Cardinal Agagianian, Prefect of the Sacred Congregation for the Congregation of the Faith, as protector of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. whose Motherhouse is at Graymoor, Garrison, New York. The Pope named Cardinal Agagianian protector of the Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement last year. Both communities were
originally Episcopalian, and entered the Catholic Church as a body in 1909.
