Praesidium In Every Parish

From a Special Correspondent Addressing nearly MX) active and auxiliary members of the Legion of Mary of the Brentwood diocese, at Ilford, Mgr. Beck, A.A., Coadjutor Bishop of Brentwood, described the work of the Legion of Mary as a vocation. lie said that Legionaries should regard their personal sanctification as a matter of prime importance and that Our Lady should be their constant guide and model.

Afterwards, in the Ilford Guildhall, the Bishop, as parish priest, welcomed the Legionaries to Ilford, and in promising enthusiastic support to the Legion of Mary, expressed a wish that, where possible, a praesidium might be established In every par ish in the diocese.
