DEATH OF A RAT From Our Theatre Correspondent G0D and the Atom, Life amid Death, and Ultimate Meanings—all arc gist to Jan de Haring's intelligent and stimulating play, The Death of a Rat, at the Lyric, Hammersmith. A superb performance by Pamela Brown carries the play from arid argument into emotional intensity. The playgoer will have to work his passage, but the voyage will be worth it.
