Captain A. Evans

Captain Arthur Evans, M.P. (Cons.) for South Cardiff, was appointed chairman of the Welsh Parliamentary Party at a meeting of the Party on Tuesday evening. Wales and Monmouthshire are represented in the House of Commons by 36 members, of whom 25 belong to the Opposition parties. Captain Evans is a Catholic.
