The next ramble is to Berkswelt and will take place on Sunday. December 4. Meet Snow Hill Station (under the clock) for the 10.28 train to Knowle (fare, lid. return). The Crusade of Rescue announce a Christmas jumble sale, to be held in the Crusade Shop, 31, Tavistock Place, W.C.1. from December 12-17, and appeal for articles of any description. Upon application a van will collect Christmas gifts and articles for sale.


The Breakespeare Club announce the fifth of the series of lectures under the aeneral title " Revolutionary Forces in England Today," on " The Attack in the Field of Psychology," for Thursday. December 1, at 8.30 p.m. The speaker is Mr. Reginald Dingle, and the lecture will he given at the Club premises, Kensington Palace Mansions, De Vere Gardens, W.8.
