Sir,—In the little village of Combe Martin, North Devon, where there is a small struggling Mission, every Catholic child of school age attends the Convent at Ilfracombe, five miles away. paying bus fares, meals, and fees. if this 100 per cent. attendance was the rule, how different the Newman Report would read.
