BISHOP Augustine Harris of Middlesbrough has issued a pastoral letter to be read out on Sunday which congratulates diocesan education authorities for their part in a recent reorganisation of Catholic schools in the diocese, and which exhorts parents, staff, Governors and priests to unite in making schools" . . . a sign of Christ in a secular world."
