UCM reception at Arundel Castle

THE national president of the

Union of

Catholic Mothers, Mrs. O'Driscoll, of the Birmingham Archdiocese, was the principal guest at a UCM rally on Wednesday at Arundel. It began with Mass at the Cathedral of St. Philip Neri, celebrated by Bishop Cashman of Arundel and Brighton. Later there was a reception and buffet supper at Arundel Castle, on the invitation of the Duchess of Norfolk. Mrs. Laurence Cave, president of the diocesan UCM, received the guests, who included Miss Thompson, diocesan president of the Catholic Women's League, and Mrs. Cuss, chairman of the UCM Southern Rest Homes.
