Cardinal Hinsley congratulated the congregation of St. Anthony's, Edgware, on Sunday, on having set up the first Catholic Action Council in the Archdiocese.
Capt. Curd, the secretary, informed a Csentotac HERALD reporter that, so far, this is the ONLY Parish Council of Catholic Action to be formed in the entire Westminster Archdiocese.
