Nazis Attack Non-voting Bishop

The Nazi authorities continue their attacks on Mgr. Sproll, Bishop of Rottenburg, who refused to vote in the recent Greater Germany plebiscite.

Reichsstatthalter Murz, Nazi Governor in Wurtemburg, has written recently: "He (the Bishop) refuses to recognise that Divine Providence has visibly elected Adolf Hitler, and that the NationalSocialist world founded by him has for its aim the saving of our people front the horrible chaos of Bolshevism.

" Instead of bowing before these dispositions of the Almighty, and accepting with gratitude the redemption of our people, and evert of the Church, by our National-Socialism, he is continually prating of persecution and martyrdom."
