Bishop dies on way to Council

MGR. JOHN HOGAN, Bishop of Bellary, Mysore, died in Naples on Monday while on his way to Rome for the opening of the Second Vatican Council. Aged 66, he is believed to have had a heart attack.

He leaves a sister, Mrs. Thomson, of Waterloo, Liverpool.
