Mrs. Reginald Balfour

A wide circle of friends will learn with regret of the death of Mrs. Reginald Balfour. The deceased lady was Charlotte, daughter of Francis Warre Cornish, ViceProvost of Eton, and a grand niece of Thackeray. She was the widow of the late Reginald Balfour, Fellow of King's College, Cambridge. Mrs. Balfour, who was a convert, was not unknown in the world of letters; besides contributing articles to Blackfriars and the Dublin Review, she translated two books from the French.
