Text of Queen Wilhelmina's Telegram to the Pope

On the occasion of the Pope's Episcopal Silver Jubilee, the following exchange of telegrams took ptace between Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands and Pope Pius XII:—

His Holiness the Pope, Vatican City.

" On the occasion of your Jubilee offer to your Holiness my sincerest congratulations.—Wilhelmina.7

H.M. Wilhelmina Queen of the Netherlands, London.

" Touched by the good wishes of

Your Majesty for our Jubilee. We assure you in return of our prayers to God for Your Mejesty and the noble Dutch nation."—Pius P.P. X11.
