sik,The public reading library in my town had no copy of THE CATHOLIC HERALD or, indeed, of any Catholic paper. I therefore offered to supply a regular weekly copy of THE CATHOLIC HERALD, and the Librarian very kindly accepted this offer. This was some time ago, and ever since I have at an expenditure of 2d.
per week had the great pleasure of knowing that I may have been the means of introducing very many people to a Catholic paper. There must be many towns and places whose public libraries have no copy of any Catholic paper.
Here is an opportunity for Catholic Action at a very low cost, which may have far-reaching results, and I would suggest that every reader takes similar action in his home town.
