Mothers' gift

THE UNION of Catholic Mothers have decided to double their contribution to Cafod by giving two per cent instead of one per cent of their income.

Nigeria visit

DR ROBERT Runcie, the Archbishop of Canterbury, is to visit Nigeria between April 15 and May 6. He will visit all the major centres in the country and meet Anglican Church leaders.

Oldest priest

MGR. CHARLES A. Finn, 104, believed to be the oldest US priest, died on March 7 at Regina Cleri, a Boston home for retired priests where he had lived since 1968.
