Alarming Vienna Report
A serious restriction of the rights of Bishops and priests is reported from Vienna.
It is stated that all pastoral letters and sermons must in future be approved by a Government censor.
It is also reported that the sale of Catholic newspapers outside the churches will be prohibited.
