Joint Conference On Juvenile Crime

Mgr. Ellis, Bishop of Nottingham, was one of those on the platform, and Catholic societies including the C.W.L. were amongst those represented at a conference on Juvenile Delinquency called by the Notts County Council on Monday. It was decided to set up seven Area Committees, one in each of the PettyeSessional Divisions of Notts to make independent inquiries and draw up their own recommendations on this important subject.
