1. A slogan of no more than SEVEN words, including the words CATHOLIC HERALD, suitable for franking on envelopes. (The shorter the better!) 2. A slogan of up to 12 words to be used on posters to advertisements, not the reader who produces the best single advertisement in any one of the above three categories.

If you wish to include a rough sketch this may be helpful but will not affect the final decision.
