John McKenna to Broadcast on July 18

Mr. John McKenna, who is taking part in the performance of the Brahms Liebeslieder and Neue Liebeslieder at the Grotrian Hall next Tuesday evening, will he heard in the National programme on Sunday evening, July 18, at 6.15, in a classical programme with the London String Trio.

After an Empire broadcast to Canada on July 28, he %sill go to Germany to fulfil some engagements there. In September he will sing at the Promenade Concerts at the Queen's Hall, Beethoven's song-cycle, An die ferne Geliebte, which he has sung at his recitals at the Grotrian Hall and also in Leipzig and Berlin.
