Irish priest named Papal envoy

A 43-YEAR-OLD priest from

County Mayo, Mgr. John Dooley, has been appointed Apostolic Delegate to Indo-C'hina, and is to be consecrated as titular Archbishop of Macre.

Until now, Mgr. Dooley has been Regent of the Apostolic Delestation in Indo-China, having been appointed last October.
